Darjeeling, famous for its tea garden where black tea is cultivated and toy train which attracts tourists from all over the world is perhaps one of the most visited places in West Bengal. Gangtok, the mountainous capital of Sikkim, is sought after by tourists and travelers mainly because of its breathtaking beauty and awe-inspiring scenery. In Darjeeling there are a lot of things for the tourists to get a glimpse of like the Singalila National Park, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Tiger Hill along with Batasia Loop. In Gangtok, people can enjoy the scenic beauty of Nathu La Pass, M.G. Road, Kanchenjunga, Tsomgo Lake and also the Rumtek Monastery.

The distance between Darjeeling and Gangtok is 97.9 km (3hr 31min) via Rishi Rd. and the NH10.

DARJEELING – GANGTOK – 8 DAYS

Day 01:-       Start from Sealdah / Howrah station.

Day 02:-      Reach at NJP station & transfer to Darjeeling.  After lunch visit famous mal, & local

                         Market. Take early dinner & n/s.

Day 03:-      Very early in the morning drive for visit sunrise at Tiger hill, Batasia loop, & Ghoom                                  rail.

                         Station. Return at hotel take breakfast, then visit 3 points & after lunch visit 4 points.

                         Return at hotel & n/s.

Day 04:-        After breakfast drive to Gangtok, reach at Gangtok check in at hotel, after lunch rest of

                         The day free activities & n/s at hotel.

Day 05:-        After breakfast drive for local side seen , full day enjoy, & n/s at hotel.

Day 06:-        After early lunch drive for Thangu lake & Baba mandir, return at hotel & n/s.

Day 07:-        After lunch check out from hotel, & return to NJP for board at train.

Day 08:-        Reach at Kolkata.
